Introducing diverse protein sources early is essential at 7 months, when your baby’s growth is rapid. This Tempe Stir-Fry with Chicken combines animal protein from chicken and plant-based protein from tempeh, creating a balanced, nutrient-rich MPASI recipe. It’s flexible enough to serve as textured porridge or adapted for Baby-Led Weaning (BLW).

You can substitute with fish (such as mackerel) or organic tofu as an alternative protein source.
3. How do I adapt this for BLW?
Cut into finger food portions and ensure the texture is very soft so your baby can easily hold and chew it.
