🛒 Ingredients (1 serving, ±90–100g)

  • 30g chicken fillet (boneless, diced)

  • 3 tbsp cooked white rice

  • 5g soft white tofu

  • 10g carrot (chopped)

  • 5g green beans (chopped)

  • 70–90ml homemade chicken broth

Aromatic Spices:

  • 1 clove garlic (chopped)

  • 1 small shallot (chopped)

  • Small piece of ginger (about ½ pinky-sized), lightly crushed

  • A few slices of green onion (green part only)

🍳 How to Make

  1. Sauté Aromatics: Heat a little baby-safe oil or butter. Sauté shallot, garlic, and ginger until fragrant

  2. Cook the Chicken: Add diced chicken, stir until it changes color and cooks through.

  3. Add Rice & Broth: Stir in rice and some chicken broth. Cook until the rice softens.

  4. Cook Vegetables: Add carrot and green beans. Stir well, pour the remaining broth gradually, and cook until veggies are tender and broth slightly thickens.

  5. Add Tofu & Green Onion: Stir in tofu cubes and green onion slices. Cook gently until everything is well combined.

  6. Remove Ginger: Discard the ginger before serving or blending.

Presentation:

  • For Puree: Blend until smooth or keep slightly textured as your baby progresses. Add more broth if needed.

  • For BLW (Finger Food): Serve soft pieces of tofu, carrots, or green beans as finger food.
