🛒 Ingredients (1 serving, ±90–100g)

30g chicken fillet (boneless, diced)

3 tbsp cooked white rice

5g soft white tofu

10g carrot (chopped)

5g green beans (chopped)

70–90ml homemade chicken broth
Aromatic Spices:

1 clove garlic (chopped)

1 small shallot (chopped)

Small piece of ginger (about ½ pinky-sized), lightly crushed

A few slices of green onion (green part only)
🍳 How to Make

Sauté Aromatics: Heat a little baby-safe oil or butter. Sauté shallot, garlic, and ginger until fragrant

Cook the Chicken: Add diced chicken, stir until it changes color and cooks through.

Add Rice & Broth: Stir in rice and some chicken broth. Cook until the rice softens.
