Minimum Seller's Retail Price (“MSRP”)

Retailers are not permitted to set prices below the Minimum Seller's Retail Price (“MSRP”) for each product as stated in the Price List, which is deemed to violate the intent or purpose of healthy competition between retailers or is deemed to be aimed at destroying the market and/or brand reputation.

The penalty for violation is the immediate termination of cooperation and removal without warning for product listings in the relevant marketplace. Market price monitoring has been routinely carried out to avoid price wars among retailers that aim to damage healthy competition.

Purchase Order (“PO”)

Please send PO to Whatsapp number. One of the sales team will contact you after the Retailer Signup form is processed.

Delivery costs

Free insured-delivery for

• Jabotadebek area: minimum order IDR 3 million
• Outside Jabotadebek area: minimum order IDR 6 million.

Shipping costs below the minimum order are the responsibility of the buyer. Our preferred courier is JNE Trucking with insurance according to the invoice value.

For courier options other than JNE or our preferred logistic partners, errors made by the courier are the buyer's responsibility because they are outside our insurance cover.

Payment for goods

After the invoice is issued based on the PO received, the customer is required to make payment before delivery to the account number listed on the Sales Order.

Please attach proof of transfer to the Whatsapp number listed on the invoice.

Minimum order

Shipping outside Jabotadebek: minimum order is the quantity per pack of each product listed in the Price List (Price List will be sent via Whatsapp). For example, 1 pack contains 6 pcs for toothpaste, or 1 pack contains 8 pcs for toothbrush.

For new resellers, the minimum order is @1 pack per variant.

Delivery time of goods

For payments that have been confirmed as receipted by us, delivery of goods will be made on the same day no later than 14:00 WIB, or on the next working day between 9:00 - 15:00 WIB.

Delivery to the Jakarta area will be confirmed in advance to the telephone number registered on the Retailer Signup form.
