Ingredients (for ±100–120gr / 1 portion):

60 grams of potatoes (steamed, mashed)

40 grams of chicken liver (boiled/stir-fried until cooked)

10 grams of finely chopped broccoli

90–100 ml homemade chicken stock

A little oil (for sautéing or pan-frying BLW)
Aromatic Seasoning (remove before serving):

How to Make Potato and Liver Croquettes:

Steam and Mash the Potatoes:
Boil or steam the potatoes until soft, then mash them according to the texture of your baby's MPASI. -
Stir-fry the spices and cook the chicken liver:
Sauté garlic, ginger, bay leaves, and lemongrass in a little oil until fragrant. Add the chicken livers and cook until cooked through and no longer smells fishy. Remove from heat. -
Mix Broccoli & Broth:
Add the chopped broccoli and potatoes to the chicken livers. Stir well. Gradually add the chicken stock until the desired consistency is reached. -
Customize Texture:

For Pureed baby food: Blend the mixture with a little broth until smooth and soft.

For BLW (croquettes): Take the thick dough, shape it into a flat ball, and pan-fry in a little oil until golden brown. You can coat it with egg (optional) if your baby is ready to eat.
