6 Month MPASI Recipe: Healthy and Delicious Soto Bandung for Babies

With the main ingredient of high-protein beef and a naturally savory broth, this recipe can be a parent-led baby weaning or baby-led weaning (BLW) menu that is suitable for 6-month-old babies. Of course, this recipe has been modified to be safe for your little one without excessive salt or spices.

  • Avoid adding salt or flavorings to keep it healthy for your baby.

Benefits of This Recipe:

  1. Beef as a Source of Heme Iron
Beef contains heme iron which is easily absorbed by the body, important for preventing anemia in babies.

  2. White Radish is Rich in Fiber and Vitamin C
White radish contains fiber and vitamin C which support the baby's digestion and immune system.

  3. Natural Flavor Introduction
Introducing natural flavors without salt helps babies become familiar with different tastes and reduces the risk of developing a preference for salty foods later in life.

  4. Beef Broth Content
Homemade beef broth contains nutrients from boiled bones and meat, providing a natural savory taste without added MSG.

  5. Food Texture According to Age
Adjusting the texture of food to the baby's age is important for the development of chewing and swallowing abilities.
