Ingredients (for 1 meal 90–100 gr):

50–60 grams of steamed potatoes

30 gr ground beef

3/4 steamed tomatoes (remove seeds)

80–90 ml home made beef stock (adjust texture)
Aromatic Seasonings:

Chopped garlic

Chopped onion

Basil leaves

EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) for sauteing
How to make:

Stir Fry Aromatic Spices
Heat a little EVOO, saute garlic and onions until fragrant. -
Cook Meat
Add the ground beef, stir until evenly cooked. -
Add Main Ingredients
Add the steamed and mashed potatoes and tomatoes. Add enough beef stock. Add the basil leaves. -
Cook Until It Absorbs
Cook over low heat until all ingredients are mixed and thickened. Remove basil leaves before serving.

Blend until smooth. Add broth if necessary to make the texture suitable for your baby's age. -
