🧂 Ingredients (for 1 portion 90–100g):

30g cooked white rice

40g boneless snakehead fish fillet

10g carrots

2 cherry tomatoes (seeds removed)

70–80ml homemade chicken stock (or according to texture)
Aromatic Seasoning (remove before serving):

Chopped garlic

Chopped shallots

Leek
-
Bay leaf

Lime leaves
-
Lemongrass, galangal, ginger

Turmeric (thinly sliced)
👩🍳 How to Make:

Stir-fried Aromatic Spices
Heat olive or coconut oil. Sauté shallots and garlic until fragrant. Add lemongrass, galangal, ginger, lime leaves, bay leaves, and turmeric. Sauté briefly. -
Cook Fish and Soup
Add the snakehead fish fillets and stir until they change color. Add the chicken stock and rice. Stir well. -
Add Vegetables
Add the carrots and spring onions. Cook until the carrots are soft and the fish is cooked through. If using rice, cook until it resembles porridge. -
Add Cherry Tomatoes
Add the cherry tomatoes at the end to retain their fresh, tart flavor. Cook for only a short time. -
Add Seasoning & Adjust Texture
Discard all aromatic herbs. Peel the tomatoes if you don't want to serve them with the skin.

For Pureed MPASI:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add a little broth to adjust the consistency. Strain if necessary. -
For BLW (6 months+):
Shred the snakehead fish until very soft, cut the carrots into finger-sized pieces, ensuring they're soft, and halve the cherry tomatoes. The broth can be served separately as a soup. - For older family member:
Save a portion without the shreded fish and add chili and lime as garnish to your liking. This soup is very tasty for whole family.
