6mo Baby Weaning Snack: Eating Nagasari Cake Made From Bananas

Nagasari cake with banana and steamed pumpkin filling (kabocha) is perfect as a snack for 6mo+ babies. Adults also like it. This recipe is for MPASI and does not use added sugar, the sweetness only relies on bananas and is already rich in nutrition for little ones as a healthy alternative to ultra-processed food snacks.

Ingredients: (for 5-6 cakes)

Contents:
  • Steamed banana and yellow flour 1:1
  • If there is any leftover, it can be served as a side dish.

Cake dough:
  • Pandan leaves
  • Coconut milk 200ml (use fresh milk if possible)
  • Organic rice flour 3 tbsp
  • Banana leaves for wrapping.
