Prepare the ingredients:
Wash the broccoli thoroughly, then steam it until soft. Make sure the texture is easy to crush with baby's fingers. -
Mix Rice with Broth:
Place the white rice in a small saucepan, add the chicken stock, and heat until it becomes soft. Stir well. -
Add Broccoli:
Once the rice and broth are combined, add the steamed broccoli. Stir again until well blended. -
Puree or Serve According to Stages:
