Return And Exchange

Terms & Conditions

  • You have 3 days from the delivery receipted date of your order to return your purchase.
  • Items must be in the same condition they were purchased in; labels are still attached and be in perfect condition (unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed).
  • Beauty products and home and living products (including airplane inflattable cushions) are non-returnable.
  • Sale items or discounted orders and products are not exchangeable/returnable.
  • Purchases made with gift-cards are not exchangeable or returnable.
  • Discounted items using loyalty points are not refundable or exchangeable.
  • Video proof must be provided for complaints.
  • All shipping fees will be borne by customers, including the shipping fee to send exchanged items back to customers.
  • Valid tracking information and receipts must be provided for a return or exchange to be accepted.
  • Returns and exchanges can only occur once.
  • We do not issue cash refunds. Refunds can only be issued in a form of gift card.
